Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchanges Due to the hygiene nature of our products (Scrunchies), we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will fix it immediately.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nidaparveen030@gmail.com.
Note: To claim a refund or replacement for damages, an unboxing video is mandatory.
3. Refunds Once we verify the damage, we will notify you and process your refund. The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellations You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
